The Conway Aircraft team brings over 70 years of combined experience to the shop. Our professional team is built on a shared passion for aviation, a thorough understanding of the beautiful aircraft under our care, and a deep appreciation for our wonderful customers who fly them. The Conway Aircraft team is committed to excellence, ensuring high quality and safety standards for every aircraft that comes through our facility.

Robbie Wills

Managing Partner

Robbie is one of the two founding partners of Conway Aircraft, and serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Accountable Manager for the Repair Station. With a background in law and politics, Robbie earned a law degree from UALR Bowen School, and earned the top score on the February 2004 Bar exam. Later, Robbie was elected to the Arkansas House of Representatives, ultimately serving as Speaker of the House in 2009-10.

Robbie’s roots are deep in Conway. As a Conway native, he graduated from Conway High School and the University of Central Arkansas. Before his time in law and politics, Robbie worked in advertising and banking. Additionally, Robbie is a certified commercial pilot with instrument, seaplane and multi-engine ratings.

Dana Wills

Managing Partner

With extensive experience in governmental relations and corporate accounting, telecommunications, and technology, Dana is the other half of the managing partnership at Conway Aircraft.

Dana serves as Conway Aircraft’s Certified Public Accountant and Chief Financial Officer. She graduated with honors from Oklahoma State University, earning her undergraduate degree in Accounting. Later, Dana earned her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas.

David McCauley

Director of Avionics

With over 35 years of experience in avionics and designing and engineering systems upgrades, David is one of the most-trusted sources in the aircraft avionics industry.

David has previously served as Avionics Technical Manager and Director of Avionics at Central Flying Service. In 2000, David was honored with the Federal Aviation Administration Technician of the Year award.

With an associate degree in electronics, a year of training in avionics systems, FCC certifications, and so much more, David is an important member of the Conway Aircraft management team.  David and his wife, Lori, have two children, Blake and Alexis. During his freetime, David enjoys cycling the Big Dam Bridge and traveling on two wheels across Little Rock. In 2015, David was awarded the USA Swimming ConocoPhillips Volunteer of the Year award in Arkansas.

Robert Howard

Director of Operations - A&P

Robert has been an A&P for 35 years. During that time he has worked for Central Flying Service, Raytheon Aircraft, NetJets, and GE in the maintenance, quality, and field services areas.

Brandon Champagne

Lead Avionics Technician

Brandon is Conway Aircraft’s Lead Avionics Technician and an FAA-certified Repairman under Part 145. With over 20 certifications from the Aircraft Electronics Association, Brandon plays an important role at Conway Aircraft.

Brandon’s expertise is in troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining avionics equipment, as well as ensuring the safety and efficiency of aircraft systems. Brandon’s ability to work with a variety of components in aircraft makes him a versatile teammate. Outside of the shop, Brandon loves to be outdoors, to exercise, and to make a killer gumbo.

Kim Whitlow

Accounting Manager

Kim is the meticulous and detail-oriented bookkeeper that keeps things tight and orderly in the back-office of Conway Aircraft. With over 20 years of experience in managing financial records for a variety of businesses, Kim is a committed associate who can be trusted to ensure that back-office operations are properly managed. Outside of the station, Kim enjoys spending time with her family.

Avionics Tech

With 16 years of experience in the field of avionics, Stephanie has built a rewarding career grounded in technical expertise and a deep passion for aviation. Throughout her career, she has continually expanded her knowledge and skills, finding immense satisfaction in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining aircraft systems.

Outside of her professional life, Stephanie enjoys spending quality time with her husband Derek and their two sons, Koda and Ryan. The family shares a love for rebuilding and racing RC cars, an activity that combines Stephanie’s hands-on skills with her competitive spirit. In addition to her interest in aviation and RC cars, Stephanie is an avid soap maker, dedicating her free time to creating handmade soaps as a creative outlet.
